Times Tables Tug of War: 10 Multiplication and Missing-Factor Prompts
A 6–8 minute round on the 2, 3, 4, 5 and 10 times tables. Give everyone 15 seconds to work, rotate the spokesperson, and ask for a grouping explanation rather than speed alone.
No accounts or student devices required. Split into two teams, alternate turns, and rotate who answers. On each turn everyone writes or discusses before the teacher reveals and judges. A correct response pulls the rope one step. Finish all 10 turns; a tie is possible. These are original practice prompts, not an assessment of curriculum mastery.
Teacher judges each response. Scores describe this game only.
